CANCELLATION POLICY

• Appointments $70 or more will require a NON REFUNDABLE $15 deposit that will be put towards the service total. • Cancellations MUST be made within 48 hours in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours and you paid a deposit, it will be counted towards your future service. If you cancel after 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit and will have to pay it again when booking a new appointment. • Same day cancellations are subject to a 75% service charge - this will only be waived in extreme circumstance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. • NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING, AS WELL AS AN 100% SERVICE CHARGE. • REBOOKING IS SAFE FROM CANCELLATION FEES. You can rebook for a different day and there will be no fee, it’s only if you fully cancel that there will be a fee. • You are allowed a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. After 15 minutes, your appointment is forfeited. If excessive tardiness becomes a habit, a same day cancellation fee will be enforced. • On the occasion that there are no scheduling conflicts even after the client exceeds the grace period, we may proceed with the service. However, an additional $10 late fee will be added on. • Tardiness accommodations are NOT guaranteed.
