Spooky Esthetics is a private studio specializing in Brazilian sugaring, full body sugaring, and lash lifts. We use gentle, sensitive skin-friendly techniques to help reduce irritation and ingrown hairs while keeping your skin silky smooth. Our space is clean, cozy, and completely judgment-free, so whether it’s your first visit or part of your regular routine, you’ll always feel comfortable and taken care of. From flawless Brazilians to lifted, low maintenance lashes, every service is designed with results, comfort, and confidence in mind. We also offer curated aftercare products like ingrown serums and exfoliating scrubs to help you maintain your results between appointments. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointments $70 or more will require a NON REFUNDABLE $15 deposit that will be put towards the service total. • Cancellations MUST be made within 48 hours in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours and you paid a deposit, it will be counted towards your future service. If you cancel after 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit and will have to pay it again when booking a new appointment. • SAME DAY cancellations are subject to a 75% service charge - this will only be waived in extreme circumstance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. • NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING, AS WELL AS AN 100% SERVICE CHARGE. • REBOOKING IS SAFE FROM CANCELLATION FEES. You can rebook for a different day and there will be no fee, it’s only if you fully cancel that there will be a fee. • You are allowed a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. After 15 minutes, your appointment is forfeited. If excessive tardiness becomes a habit, a same day cancellation fee will be enforced. • On the occasion that there are no scheduling conflicts even after the client exceeds the grace period, we may proceed with the service. However, an additional $10 late fee will be added on. • Tardiness accommodations are NOT guaranteed. Reminder texts will be sent out, but please remember to double check your appointment time, drive time, and plan accordingly. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. 🖤
